In Unilever Future Leaders' League 2021 (UFLL), my team was one of the semi-finalists with a disruptive business solution encouraging the youth to express their personalities through diverse hairstyles and colours for the CLEAR brand. Young people on the self-development and self-affirmation paths are distracted by comparing themselves with other fellows. Hence, they feel peer pressure and anxiety about their abilities. This plan gives them empathic guidance to free them of stress and help them understand themself better and their unique hair beauty.
To achieve the goals, we created a Microsite as a self-awareness guideline to help users know about their hair problems, peer pressure, and self-awareness. We also suggested an AI hair care detector that can let users know their suitable hairstyle, grade users' hair health, and give product recommendations.
