The mission statement for the toolbox is developing a useful and innovative toolbox that is available for students and organizations. When used properly, the toolbox is capable of identifying and solving business-related problems with media-related solutions. After creating the toolbox, I was responsible for making a marketing plan to promote the toolbox and service to F&B establishments in Friesland, the Netherlands.
During working on this Marketing plan, I have learned a lot from my marketing coach. I had a chance to practice and improve my abilities to do market analysis (desk research, in-depth interviews), competitors analysis (desk research), brand analysis (SWOT model), Target audience analysis (desk research, in-depth interview, STP model), and use a confrontation matrix to suggest an effective strategic approach. Hence, a big idea and a key message were created. I also made an execution plan to achieve objectives.
